Bread Machine Rolls

Add wet ingredients first:
1 cup hot scalded milk
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Then add
4-4 1/2 cup flour
Make indention in flour
Add 1 T yeast or a packet
Set machine to dough setting (2 hours)
Let rise 45 min to 1 hour cook at 350 degrees for 13 minutes

Strawberry Bread

3 cup flour
2 cup sugar
3 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t soda
2 (10 oz) frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 1/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup nuts

Combine Dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Stir in strawberries and nuts
Pour in 3 greased and floured loaf pans and bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can wrap and freeze for later.

Persimmon Bread

2 cup flour
1/2 t baking soda
3 T baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t all spice
1/2 t nutmeg

sift together and set aside

1 cup persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Beat Well.
Add dry ingredients
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
Stir in 2 cup chopped pecans.
Spray pan and cook at 350 degrees.

Banana Bread

1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3-5 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour in loaf pans

Bread

1/2 cup warm water
2 package yeast
1 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
7 - 7 1/2 cups four

mix together as for any other bread, rising, patting down, rising patting down and so forth (this is exactly how it's in moms recipe book)

Mexican Cornbread

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 can Mexicorn
1 can cream style corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained)

mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13 pan

bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes
