Lasagna

1 Box of No Boil Lasagna Noodles
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
Cheese
9x9 Pan

Spray pan with cooking spray

Layer bottom of pan with noodles (four fit across mine but I had to break a little off the top of each noodle so it would fit in the pan).
Pour 1/3 of Sauce on top of noodles and spread out.
Sprinkle 1/3 of ground beef over sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top.

Repeat steps two more times omitting the cheese in the last step.

Cover with foil and bake in oven for an hour at 350 degrees

Last five minutes, remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top.

Made 9 pieces.

Can be made in bigger pan, you just need to double or triple your ingredients.

Cavatini

I got this recipe from Caryn and I changed a few things - Here is how I made it...

16 oz package of cooked Penne Pasta (I had a little left over when I was done)
1 1/2 lb of Ground Beef and Sausage (total - you could probably use 1/2 lb of each and be good)
2 jars of Spaghetti Sauce16 oz bag of shredded cheese (I use mozzarella)
pepperoni
I cooked the pasta and set it aside to cool while I was browning the Ground Beef (I didn't use Sausage this time). Then in a 13x9 pan I pour a full jar of the spaghetti sauce and put half of the ground beef on top of that.

Then I put down a layer of the Penne Pasta,
then cheese and then pepperoni.

Then I do another layer of the pasta, cover that with the other jar of spaghetti sauce,
the rest of the meat,
cheese and then place pepperoni on top.

Bake in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes uncovered.

Caryn makes hers with macaroni noodles. I like the Penne better. It really doesn't matter. It is kinda like lasagna, but with different noodles and pepperoni and it is sooo good. Even Adam eats it!!!
